ICONFIT Real Hydro Whey is a premium source of protein thanks to its extremely high degree of hydrolysis of 25% (DH25). There are other cheaper products available that are called hydro whey but it is not indicated on the packaging that their degree of hydrolysis is only 2–5%. That way you will get a cheaper whey protein hydrolysate which is not actually much better than whey protein concentrate or isolate. ICONFIT Real Hydro Whey has an extremely high degree of hydrolysis, which provides the best results and is absorbed more rapidly.
Instructions
Consume one serving immediately after a workout and then another serving later on during the day. Due to its high degree of hydrolysis, Real Hydro Whey has the greatest effect immediately after a workout when the body is most receptive to protein and uses it for muscle recovery and development. Pour 150 ml of water into a shaker and add 25 g (one level scoop) of Real Hydro Whey powder. Shake well until evenly mixed and consume immediately.
