Hydrolysed proteins
Whey protein hydrolysate – The main protein source which, thanks to its high degree of hydrolysis of 25% (DH25), gives you better results and is absorbed more quickly compared to regular whey protein. It should not be confused with cheaper hydrolysed proteins that have a hydrolysis degree of 2–3% which is not indicated on the packaging. However, a high degree of hydrolysis of protein has a significantly better effect on the recovery process. It speeds up muscle recovery and development.
Hydrolysed casein – Regular casein is known to most people who participate in sports but it is a relatively slow-releasing food supplement. Hydrolysed casein, on the other hand, is a rare form of casein that is rapidly absorbed and digested thanks to hydrolysis. It is very effective in preventing muscle pain post-workout, thus your recovery will be faster.
Glutamine peptides – Again, regular L-glutamine amino acid is known to most people who participate in sports. However, glutamine peptides are a lesser known but more effective form that are rapidly absorbed and help boost glutamine levels in muscles during recovery.
BCAA and L-carnitine – Hydro Recovery Pro drinks contain more than 8.8% of essential amino acids (more than 4.4 g per serving), L-carnitine is added to aid recovery.

Fast and slow carbohydrates
We use both fast and slow carbohydrates to replenish your energy supply after exercise. Maltodextrin is a rapid source of energy due to its high glycemic index (130, whereas the GI of sugar is 65), thus it gives the body a quick and powerful energy boost after a workout. Palatinose™ isomaltulose is a slow-release source of energy due to its low glycemic index (32) and thus provides a more sustained and balanced energy supply to the body.

Micronised creatine
Creatine monohydrate, especially in micronised form, is extremely fine-grained and has a high absorption rate. Creatine is an integral food supplement for many male and female athletes that helps increase strength performance. Each serving will provide 2.5 g of creatine, which is intended to be combined with an additional amount of pre-workout creatine (e.g. from ICONFIT Crea Shortcut).

Use
Use immediately after a workout. Due to its high degree of hydrolysis, Real Hydro Whey has the greatest effect immediately after a workout when the body is most receptive to protein and uses it for muscle recovery and development. Pour 300 ml of water into a shaker, add 50 g (1 scoop) of ICONFIT Hydro Recovery Pro mixture. Shake well until evenly mixed and consume immediately.
Before your workout, consume a serving (40 g) of ICONFIT Crea Shortcut that contains carbohydrates to provide energy at the beginning of the workout, BCAA 2:1:1 amino acids to help prevent muscle fatigue during the workout and creatine to help increase strength.
