Belts
A belt for a martial artist is not only a piece of clothing, but also a mark of distinction. When choosing a belt, you need to pay attention to the color and stripes, which indicate the skill level of its owner. Each new rank earned has its own belt color. Beginners start with white. When choosing a belt for martial arts, pay attention to its length: when tied, it should not hinder movements and interfere with breathing, and its ends should be kept within certain limits of length, not below the knees and not above the edge of the jacket. Too long woven belts can be trimmed. Quilted belts cannot be trimmed.
