Recommended use: 1-3 capsules a day – depending on body weight the following dosage of product is recommended: body weight 90 kg max. – 2 capsules, one 30 minutes before breakfast and training respectively, above 90 kg – 3 capsules, one before breakfast, lunch and training respectively. Each time wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
