The Venum Punch Bag Holder is perfect for athletes who do not have the option of attaching a punch bag to the ceiling.
This metal bracket is stabilized on the ground by weights which should be located on the sides and at the rear of the bracket. These weights are not provided. If possible, you are also able to fix the stem to the ground (screws not supplied).
